Rigdon Floor Coverings were great from beginning to end. Sandy helped me select carpeting when I visited the showroom. She was available as soon as I walked in and zeroed in immediately on what I was looking for. Three days later, the owner, Bob, visited my house to take measurements and talk details of the install. This incredibly nice man answered all my extremely detailed questions with ease. Today, two weeks after initially visiting the showroom, my carpet is going in; two guys doing a hallway, two bedrooms, and three closets. They arrived five minutes early (perfect in my book), took a look and got to work. It took them just over three hours to install, which means I still have half a day off to setup and relax. To top it off, they robbed themselves on the price. I would pay more for this level of service, but that's not Bob's way. Quality work at unbeatable prices. That's how Rigdon does it.

Rigdon Floor is professional from beginning to end. I had two bathroom floors replaced. I really had no idea what I wanted when I went in. The sales staff was very helpful in suggesting logical choices. It was approx 2 weeks from the time I went in until my floors were finished. The estimate was very reasonable and spot on. The installation team that did my floors was polite and professional. They left everything better than they found it. My new floors are beautiful. I would highly recommend this company. What a great experience from start to finish.
