My wife and I are extremely happy with the service provided by Secure Data. Our personal data was only stored in one location, and that hard drive failed earlier this year. I spent many restless nights trying to figure out a way to retrieve it. Elijah Robinson was our contact at Secure Data and he did a great job navigating my options outlining the pros and cons of which service best fit our needs. While I hope to never use them again, if I do need such a service in the future, I know I will only contact Secure Data!
Eli was great communicating every step of the process to recover my data. He explained what every step would entail and kept me up to date on the recovery. I experienced a \PXE-E61: Media Test Failure\ for a laptop hard drive. After following suggestions from both IS/laptop vendor specialist and that listed on various websites, I expected the worse. Neither suggestion enabled my laptop to recognize/acknowledge the presence of my hard drive. In an attempt to recover the data now lost, I contacted Secure Data Recovery. Elijah and Data Recovery Services definitely made a challenging situation pleasant. Not only that, but they were able to recover over 99% of my data! Although I hope I never suffer from another hard drive failure, I am comfortable knowing who I can rely on. If I could I would rate Secure Data Recovery higher, I would.
