Sherrie did an awesome job helping me. She followed up on every detail, made me very comfortable and explained everything simply. The brightest, beautiful,empathetic,and most competent attorney I've met in a long time!Made my fears disappear. She handled everything in an extremely professional way. Sherri L. Edwards Law was the best! Sherri and her staff were professional and they are the reason my son and I have no more problems visiting and just plain being able to spend time with my granddaughter. This attorney was honest and very efficient at dealing with my granddaughter's mother. My son was so depressed about not being able to spend time with his daughter and the mother was scandalous and just plain evil. When Sherri was done, we (my son and family) can see my precious granddaughter whenever we want! God bless Sherri and her staff for a job well done. She;s classy, smart and a fighter! Sherri was my attorney for a divorce involving no children or property and it took over 4 years until she withdrew blaming my incompetence. However, I have documentation showing otherwise and my case was resolved and settled within 6 months with another attorney. I contacted her with regards to her conduct and she continued to make excuses and defending her performance as my attorney. During this time her office moved to several different places. I was going to file charges against her for violation of professional rules of misconduct. SC96987 - IN RE: SHERRI L. EDWARDS, RESPONDENT As seen through the attached photo (or MO Supreme Court Case 96987) someone has already beat me to proving Sherri has committed a violation of the rules of professional conduct or has committed some other misconduct and as a penalty she cannot practice law for a certain period of time. Please do not take any business to this person because I am afraid she would claim to be an attorney, take your retainer and leave you with no recourse. She owes money to the Department of Revenue that she still needs to pay. Today she left a client at the courthouse after telling them yesterday on the phone court was a go today and she was ready. I know this individual and wished I would have know prior who they were considering hiring before they paid their retainer.
Ms. EDWARDS has always treated us with much respect and really cares about the cases & clients she represents. Highly recommend her. Thanks Sherri for everything !
