Trying to get vehicles licensed in Wyandotte county has been a horrible experience. For a county of 65,000 plus residents, having only one place to get a vehicle licensed is inexcusable and they only allow up to 60 people a day to get a vehicle licensed. The wait times are terrible. Please hire more people to help with your overwhelming number of customers so you can provide optimum service to us, the customer-after all, we are the people who pay your salaries and we’re not receiving the good service we should be getting. Please fix the problem!

February 2021. Been trying to CALL to see if they dmv is open since it was still closed in December. No answer. Trying to get a replacement title because I was in an accident and totaled my car. I feel like ripping my hairs out

Yo. New to getting my new used car I just bought registered. Since there is no step 1, step 2 process on their website, and rviews of the process are overall negative, with a couple very patient exceptions, maybe some of you poor victims of the bad service (most reviews) can help me avoid the nightmare you faced. What should I do? I have my title and proof of insurance. What else do I need Should I apply online? If online, how do they get my signed Title??? i was told it would take a week. Is that accurate? Do I go by the actual office with my paperwork? Or are they closed? I do not want to go before sunup only to be told I am SOL for that day. Who can guide me in the fastest way to register my purchase, get riegistered and get a tag/temp tag? HELP!!!!
