Absolutely not the place to go at all. I learned that the member of staff that abused me was part of the family that owns this shower of a business. She was rude and arrogant over the fact that they have some kind of monopoly over people eating and drinking. I have spoken to other locals who confirm that the family who run this and the self service business by the inter sport rental shop feel like they are owed and they don’t need to offer a service to customers; they are obviously earning too much money!? I am a business owner in London and will be ensuring that every one in my contacts knows how these people treat their customers (basically with contempt) I have spoken to another local who recommends skiing the glacier in the morning and then when ready for lunch get the new lift to Maeskogel and spend your money there!! Please don’t give these arrogant people any more of your hard earned money.
