Sohail Medicos offers the best discount on cash purchase which is 12%. I have been able to find most medicines here. I've never had a problem with the expiry dates being too near or then supplying B Class medicines. Additionally I have found the staff to be helpful and generally more educated in the medicines they are supplying. The rush there though in the small space is uncomfortable.
