The first Cosocials will be a small community coworking space in Zamzama, DHA for freelancers, influencers, entrepreneurs, wantrepreneurs, small startups, home-based businesses and students in spirit to help each other grow with collaborations. It will have a small meeting room for 4-5 people, a studio, a cafe which will run in collaboration with home-based food brands, a shared coworking space with two separate booths accommodating teams of 4 each. On the weekends the space will be used for exhibitions, performances, workshops, art gallery and other events. At the moment I have a very new Architect looking to build her portfolio and willing to work on a challenging budget. DHA inspection has been completed, final plans need to be submitted for approval and we'll be good to go. The tentative launch month is February 2019.
