Worst service, they made us take annual maintenance contract and machine is still not working for more than 3 months. They have franchised to a service center called Nemax washing machine service. The person running the center is very rude. These people have come to my house multiple times and after repeatedly calling and following up they tried fixing the IFB top loading washing machine . They don't seem to have the knowledge to fix the machine. The franchise owner doesn't let us talk. He is rude and threatens he will not send his people for service if we talk. We have recently shifted here and have been loyal IFB washing machine customers for more than 10 years. Due to this bad service, we are wondering what to do with the machine we bought for close to 25k..
