A well built spacious hall for public gatherings, commentated in the honour of the Poet "Kannadasan". It has an art gallery on the Poet. It's located at a prominent place in Karaikudi.

We came with lots of expectations but here nothing displayed about kannadasan. Only two panels were kept. Library inside the mani mandabam having less number of books only that too not allowed to visit. It looks great from the outer but inside nothing is there.
