I was looking for some good accomodation to let my guests stay at Karaikudi for our family function during Jun'18 and got to know about this apartment through web search. I booked it online after a brief conversation with the proprietor Mr. Murugappan and the property in-charge Mr. Siva. My guests who (were new to Karaikudi) were supposed to come in the morning, started from Chennai by road only at 4 pm. Mr. Siva was so kind enough and guided them all the way from Trichy until they reached the KKDI apartment around 11.30 pm....Thank you Siva for being a perfect host !!! A few days later, the proprietor Mr. Murugappan called me from UK and enquired if my/my guests stay was comfortable at their apartment. Thank you Sir. You are setting a benchmark in the hospitality industry @ KKDI. With all that said, here comes my next stay @ Citadel this Aug'18. Thank you sir. We love your apartment and your hospitality. Wishing you all success !!!
