I have been going to KL for many years and enjoy the professional, attentive service provided by Karen and her team. The reception is super efficient and friendly; the eye examination very thorough (sight and eye health), using all the latest techniques, and advice always helpful. I dread choosing frames from so many available, but the advice always helps and this time I chose the first style of frame suggested. The after sales service is an added reassurance. I can drop in any time to have my glasses adjusted or queries dealt with. Importantly, during the pandemic, I feel safe when I go in thanks to all the protective measures in place. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Karen for over 20 years and always find the service exemplary. I know I could find the same or similar products cheaper elsewhere, but the personal service makes the difference. Nothing is too much trouble - run out of contact lenses, they will give you a few extra while you wait for the next delivery. Highly recommend as a good example of a local business serving the local community.
