Very rude and very high pricing for flats in konati orchid... They say they have big flat area in whole wagholi area but that is not big deal as you are charging for each inch of it... So this should not be reason for high pricing... 61lacks for wagh oli area is too high with 4800k maintainable for such a small society.. Not recommended

first experience with Karia, Staff's behavior was not good.For each and everything they will say we can't give possession. I filed tds corrections and got the possession of flat but during that time they hold a lump sum amount and took around 2 months clear it though the approval was pending from their side. All d projects for karia is good, nicely build with proper architecture. But they need to improve their staff's behavior.
