Good selection of machines and free weights, access to instructor and great hours. Very friendly and approachable staff and owner. Generally a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The only downside so far is the lack of chilled water. There is of cause tap water, but I really like cold water

An amazing place, nice lockers, good equipment and great squash lanes. Very friendly staff, always greeting you with a hi. The showers are good and there is a sauna. It has a winter room with skiing machines. I have been here several times and played squash, I would truly recommend it.
Motivational gym with less price
Its a good gym in karlskrona. Some of the equipments are old but works perfect. Staff is helpful. Little crowded in the evenings. Overall recommended.
Well equipped gym and squash club. The equipment is a bit old but huge selection of it. Friendly owners and nice attitude.
Friendly gym but way too hot during the summer.
