Every time I want to pick up something that i ordered I have to wait for such a loooong time. There is always just one person helping customers buying and picking up, at the same time there is a ton of staff milling about in the store doing nothing.

I was happy with the amount of computers and variety of tech. However computer bags and laptop bags were very limited. It's under construction though so might be different afterwards.

Loads of staff and few customers, yet the staff would rather chat to each other than help. Had to almost chase someone for help only to be told not my department and then walked off...
Good technical knowhow, lots of different technologies and nice staff.
Wow. Large it is . Products are sorted in different areas in the whole store and signs are easily seen hanging from the roof. Took me less than 10 seconds to know where I was supposed to go. Once I had found what I was looking for it took another 30 seconds before I had a seller asking me if I needed help - which I did! Great! Unfortunately the store did not have the other item I was looking for but the seller suggested that she could reserve it from another store and have the item shipped home to me - great support! Very very satisfied with my visit, the whole thing took less than 10 minutes in total, including the seller searching for another store that had the item I was looking for in stock and reserving it for me.
