So much fresh greens! Must try Stopped for lunch at Zest. Place looked very beautiful with healthy food options and some groceries to buy. No dagens lunch options though. Tried chicken bowl and dumplings. Both were good. Chicken was very juicy and soft. Bowl was with lot of vegetables and it was a heavy lunch. Dumplings size is big than usual, so order accordingly.

We arrived to Karlstad and the first mission was to find a healthy restaurant to eat. We discovered this wonderful place full of delicious vegan and healthy options. During our stay we went twice, we ordered the shrimp, goat cheese and vego-mex bowls. Their menu in English was very useful. I liked the shrimp bowl with mango ginger dressing the most. We also tried desserts, both were amazing and vegan: snickers and lime.

Bought some healthy snacks for the road at Zest - really loved their raw bites, especially Salt Caramel one. Cozy place, great many, friendly personnel. Definitely coming back!

Freshly made bowls!!! Perfect place if you’re looking for a tasty and healthy lunch. The vibe inside is very homie and cosy!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. It was not very busy when I came and Maria made me an extraordinary buckwheat sandwhich with salad from her garden, pickled onions, avocado cream and much more. It was super delicious. As a student I even got a coffee for free and was given some heated oat milk to go with. The whole atmosphere was amazing and you could tell that Maria has put all her heart and a lot of hard work into making this place what it is today. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for everything, I will most certainly return.
