We got our patient discharged today( 17th Feb'21). Dr. Nidhi Sadana is too good. One may go there for her. But Pathetic services from support staff- nurses, making your stay at hospital super tuff. Staff not ready to service the patient, if you push them, they might end up answering in your face about your responsibility for your relative and that they are over- worked due to heavy patient's number on each one's head due to low staff. Cleanliness is average. Food quality is below average. We got hair strand in patient's food twice during our stay. Best of all was that the relieving/discharge nurse misplaced our medicines.

Hospital management are friendly & ready to help always if you be polite.. on the other hand there are some staff members are arrogant like Dr. Gulaam Malik emergency incharge & Finance Manager he also doesn't know how to talk with ladies.. but if you take your matter or do complaint to the owners of the hospital then it will completely solve or to your Doctor in this case ours is Dr. Nitin Bansal and Dr. Rajnish Chaudhary.. they're the best doctors in the hospital with friendly nature.

MONEY MINDED doctors and hospital - A BIG NO. Dr RITESH LAL doesn't know ABC of medical science. He is doing experiments on patients at the cost of their lives without going deep into medical history and root cause for the disease. Don't get fooled by the infrastructure of the hospital. They are just robbing the money by fooling around the patients. ICU treatment is worst ever. If you want to save the lives of your loved ones, then a big no for this hospital. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ANY COST...
