My experience was very good. I purchased two spectacles.When I wore that I felt uncomfortable, because doctor (from another hospital) provided me wrong powers. When I talk to lenskart they rechecked my eyes and sent the specs for changing without any argument. Staff was very caring specially, Mam Muskan, she helped me alot in choosing frame etc... I am very satisfied with my new glasses after changing. Its the best quality Glasses... Thank You Lenskart

Such a worst experience i having here again and again , after making appointment also they are making me sit for half an hour and such irresponsible beahviour by staff called aarif. Im extremely disappointed with the staff. Never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Best in karnal! Very Cooperative Staff especially Ashok ji and the other guy in specs who sit at the Computer.They both were soft spoken and helped me and cleared all my doubts about my spectacles.They have good knowledge about frames and lenses.

Two specs returned back due to some fault. After 10 days they refused saying that no record of Return Of specs is showing .all money lost .i complained Customer care but they said to contact karnal branch ..all over my experience was very bad. 0 stars to them

Very happy to see this Lenskart branch here. Awesome experience. I joined inauguration ceremony on the opening day of Lenskart. This is very gorgeous outlet. They take a fine check of eyes before suggesting the lens to the customer. This is the direct outlet of company. Overall nice experience.

I gave them my spec to repair and he said he was trying and he infact break it and then asked me to buy a new frame and further I order contact lens and asked them to drop it at my location and they Denied it. Worst staff and worst Lenskart outlet
