Conducted a program on Stress Management for women employees at my work place. Dr Sharmila has provided many wonderful insights on women's health and provided practical tips on managing stress effectively. Eye opener for many of us and would love to listen to Doctor's speech again.. Kudos to Sesham foundation for their service!!
