It has a Naval base therefore the culture of the town is quite disciplined. The beach is very big and clean, with perfect soft white sand beach.

A small view point with amazing view of the mighty arabian sea. A pit stop before entering karwar town from ankola.
Very scenic place. If at all the people can take measures to clean it a bit and can become a good tourist place. Lot of repair works on the road so lot of dust and debris everywhere. It may take a few more months I guess to improve this place.
This is British build light house which reduce the signal for boat which helps the ship's to reach harbour (port).. for delivering the value things like magnaese salt oil and other most or more value things.. this shows signals on night time and this is full under CCTV suvirelence and it is very old building it can fall one day due to some cracks.we just loved this place and Well experience for playing and fishing and other works..Now this is closed and it is rebuilding
Nice beach scenery. Not a developed beach but it can become a good tourist place if developed properly. We stopped at this place while going from goa to gokarna. It is adjacent to highway and visible while driving. The beach is very quiet, but should maintain properly. You can see cruises from the shore, it is near by a indian navy port.
Nice scenery.
Amazing views of karwar and aligadda beach There is one light house it was amazing U can climb that light house free
Dusty and filthy. This place is a scenery for plastic and waste and dirt. Did not enjoy myself
