In a place where we found most people to be on the 'frostier' side, walking into Christian's shop was like approaching the comforting glow of a fire. From calling up the ski school and helping arrange a snowboard lesson to getting us properly kitted out with boots, helmet and board at a decent price, Christian provided great service with a warm and friendly, laid-back manner. A real cool dude. His lovely wife also showed us to the bus we had to get to the lift. The shop was also open til 7, which suited us for returning gear.
