I happened to be working with Brad Niebrand through Toys For Tots in December 2020 when he got a call about a fire here in Houston County. We drove straight there. Brad met his boss, Matt Howell, at the site also. Both representatives were very professional and handled the case with care. They were empathetic and provided the family with the necessary information to get moving on the restoration of their home. Knowing Brad Niebrand personally, I would not expect anything less than the level of concern he showed during this crisis, but to see him on the job leaves no doubt he is a valuable asset to SERVPRO. I would certainly call Brad if I experienced any trouble with my own home.
