Initially developed (in the mid of 2012) to provide solutions to the hard core problems and issues of civil and mechanical engineering, namely geotechnical, hydraulic, earthquake and structural eng., the company now has projects mainly based in Nepal where experts of all disciplines of infrastructure engineering, development economics and environment from Nepal and all around the world work together. With broadening experiences of the company's leadership and collaborators, the scope of the company is also expanding. As of today, GHEaSES has both full and part time research and consulting staff under the following wings: Interdisciplinary Structural Eng. and Environment (ISEE), Architecture and Landscape Planning (ALP), Innovative Bldngs, Bridges and Viaducts (IBBV), Slopes and Tunnels (SAT), Geophysics and Geotechnical Earthquake Eng.(2G2E), Water & Hydraulic Systems Eng. (WaHSE), Material Sc. and Solid/Structural Mechanics (M2SM), Mechanical and Aerospace Systems Eng. Wing (MASEW), Energy System Eng. Wing (ESEW) Disaster Database, Risk Analysis, Informatics and Mgmt. Modelling (DRIM), Bio-mechanical Systems Eng.(BMSE), Geomatics Systems Eng. (GSE), Socio-economic Analysis and Law and Letters (SELL), Eng. Economics and Financial Account.
