Kathryn works magic. I've been going to her for months now and she really does wonders for the stress I carry in my back and shoulders. She is very knowledgeable about the human body and when she's massaging you, she can feel the areas that need more work. I can't recommend Kathryn enough, whether it's for physio or for relaxation, she's great.
