Dear Hotel Management. If you stuff is fooling me and is then confronted with the situation, admits the issue but just says „it wasn’t me it was my colleague and I can’t do anything about it“ this leaves a very bad experience. Even if this hotel is well maintained and at a nice location. On top of it the wine at the „Live Cocking Event“ was undrinkable for my taste.

This is the best hotel! I strongly recommend you to stay there. The place is quiet and very beautiful. The hotel has an absolutely high standard of service. Rooms are perfect. The reception was very pleasant and qualified and always ready to help. I really liked the restaurant, food and drinks. It is the best choice for those who want to explore Old Holland. You can hire a bicycle in the hotel and go to Volendam, Edam or even Marken. And you can also go to Amsterdam at any time, just catch the bus and you will arrive in the city for about 30 minutes.
A great hotel far from the very hard noise of the city but also not very far from the main center of Volendam. A strategic point to choose for a couple of nights if you want to visit the cities around because in every direction you're almost 20min far. Good service and friendly people especially the restaurant. Young boys and girls that work with responsibility and a smile on their face. A deluxe room is really good and clean, everything at its place. For the clients the Spa and Gym is free entrance but you have to call to make reservations.
Great hotel for the price. Properly is slightly dated but absolutely clean and part of a large complex. Rooms are spacious and bed is very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and relaxed. Windows and walls are a bit thin so noise is easily heard. Volendam is close by and well worth going to.
It is a very nice small reasonably priced hotel. I feel very ok with it this time. Breakfast is great and the room is comfy. Some of my associates said there is time of the year where the farm nearby needs to fertilize their land, there will be strong smell but this time, it is totally good.
Stay 2nites on 16-18.05.2018 : Nice n very clean hotel with spacious parking area. The breakfast is superb. Has indoor pool. Just half an hour driving from Amsterdam.
The best ever. Perfect views. Friendly staff. Quiet and peaceful. Away from the madness of Amsterdam.
