They euthanized a pet without scanning for a chip, after the pet died from euthanasia they scanned for a chip and yes this pet had an owner actively trying to find her. Shame on your staff for being so irresponsible
Refused to come get a stray cat because it's ot a dog.\ Real reason is its cold and they're lazy. Then they told me to pick it up myself and to call when ready. The lady then hung up on me
Impeccable service to the City of Katy! The employees are all very friendly and take your needs seriously. Today isn't my first time needing assistance but it was quick and easy nonetheless! Our dog continued to try to get something in our shed this afternoon. I assumed we had a rat issue again, but he was so very determined to get to a certain spot. Upon inspection, I discovered a momma possum and quite a few babies under a dresser. Animal Control got on it swiftly and took them away. Many thanks to y'all!!!
Thos shelter doesn't adopt out animals. Rescue only or return to owner. After 72 hrs they kill the animals. Disgusting
