First time client and will definitely be back again! Katy was awesome. I just got a signature facial and the care and attention was there. Katy walked through my skin history and talked about what I wanted accomplish. Throughout my appointment Katy was really great about talking through the various products she was using and what was available IF you wanted to buy anything but never pressed it. So rare to go somewhere like this and not have products forced at you. Highly recommend for any and everyone looking for a place!

Hi! first off let me say I LOVED my experience here with Nicole. I had a pretty Terrible experience at a “med spa” place in grapevine two years ago and my skin hasn’t been the same sense. Previous place, didn’t look at my skin, tell me what they were doing, use any serums, wash my face etc. literally only derma-planed it and hydro facial and moisturizer. She was so rough, it hurt and you could tell she only cared about doing lashes and not facials at all. Not to mention we waited 20 minutes because she was late. Took 30 minutes and that was it. It was my “first” and worst “facial” Nicole, on the other hand was professional took 15 minutes to Ask what bothered me, what my goals were, what I wanted the outcome to be, etc. she looked at my skin, told me the plan, was gentle and caring. I honestly almost fell asleep. (Peaceful atmosphere, cute shop, soothing music!) She’s super personable, I had fun talking to her, I learned a lot about my skin and steps to good skin care moving forward. She let me know what she was doing and what she was using every time. She did soooo many things to my skin face I can’t even name them all. Cleansed it, exfoliated, masked, derma-planed, hydra facial, and much much more. My skin is as soft as a baby. Not to mention I’m 31 weeks pregnant and she did an amazing job assuring me everything was safe for pregnancy that she was using. It’s all natural ingredients, oils and everything smells amazing and not fake. I cannot wait to book my next appointment with her!
