Recommended by my 84 Jewish mother, she treated us last Saturday. My only negative remark is that I wish they offered indoor seating. But other than that, WOW. I ordered a pastrami on eye, my two young boys ordered a Reuben sandwich and hero. Excellent. Exactly what you would expect from a good Jewish deli. Meat was sliced thin and the sandwiches packed it on! Glad it's near my mother. Be stopping again on my next visit.

True NY/NJ Jewish Deli with amazing food. We ordered pickles, pastrami, whitefish salad, chopped liver, egg salad and rye bread. We made a charcuterie board out of it for NYE and it was a hit. We’ll be going back again and again. The staff was really nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
The fresh meats and breads in this deli are excellent. Reminds me of the good old days in New York. I really have missed having good hot pastrami, corned beef and those good Kaiser rolls.
I’m home temporarily from living in NYC and it was nice to get some familiar deli food. The owner is very nice, he saw my brother and I were splitting a sandwich and gave us a extra side item. Sandwich was very good as well
This is a little hidden gem and I’m glad I found it! When I first saw the name of it I thought of the deli in NYC. They aren’t related but the food here is delicious!! It deserves more than 5 stars! I ordered the pastrami sandwich on white bread. It comes with a homemade pickle and slaw. I also ordered Matza ball soup and for dessert I had their cheesecake. The cheesecake comes from NY and it is THE BEST cheesecake in Charlotte!! Yes, way better than Cheesecake Factory!!!! The matzaball soup was delicious and you could tell it was homemade. I’m glad I found this place and even happier that I can share it with all of you!! I highly recommend this place for lunch!
This place is a great value, it might not look like it!! but for sure you get more food than what you pay.
Been coming here for years, even when they were in their old location. ALWAYS great! Our fave is the roast beef, made in house. I'm a little bit of a foodie and I can say there's NOTHING else better or fresher around! Always great service! It comes from their heart.
I'm from Chicago so perhaps my expectations were too high. I found the sandwiches to be very bland and over priced. But the Staff was polite and friendly.
