Bad service KYC update not availablein this branch, customer need to go Nellore to update KYC. very bad experience

I am not sure why this branch closes at 3 PM. After that only some people (whom Manager or some other working there know) are allowed to enter the Bank for any service. I had visited bank at 3:09 PM to deposit money on 30/12/20 but have to go back since I was told that it is closed for the day.
