Well maintained, clean campground. It is not very big so i suggest booking early in peak season. They have a mixture of cabins and powered sites. They have a fish station, bait freezer, and smoker. Camp manager was helpful and the rates were very reasonable. We had a 3 bed cabin for the 2 of us for 4 nights over auckland anniversary weekend it cost 240. The only thing i would suggest is if you are a large group pack a bbq. They have kitchen faculties and one bbq here and with the campground at capacity it would be easier to have your own.

Beautiful location, amazing facilities. Fabulous place for families to enjoy a slice of NZ. Camp managers couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating, nothing too much trouble. Loved our stay will definitely be back!
One of the nicest camping grounds I've stayed at. The manager was very enthused with telling me about places of interest around the district, a clean and tidy place to stay
