Very bad customer service. Poor customer service skills, I applied for an installment unit was approved but they demanded for a higher down payment which I agreed to but when I decided to release a unit and invited over my co-maker they had him signed the document without even having a unit in stock, and they will have to have me wait like weeks? I've never been so humiliated . The hell to your management. You guys sucks!! I wish you guys lose the business.
Sometimes the queue for motorcyle servicing is not followed like what happened to me. I waited for several hours already only to see other customers that arrived after me get serviced before me. Gave them a 2nd chance tho and went there yesterday at 8am and finished at around 3pm. You should definitely watch out for that service queue list or you will end up wasting a day.
