I found counselling with Kay Kennedy was a wonderful and life-changing experience. She is highly qualified and experienced, and just funny enough to give the sessions a bit of fun too which is uplifting when you are in the doldrums. My issues were a troubled childhood and sudden bereavement and she saw me through with unforgettable warmth and wisdom. In fact some of the things she said still pop into my mind 17 years later!
