The store workers are friendly, the only problems I had was with contacting them. If you go in you can easily talk to them, but it is very hard to reach them outside of this. I couldn't reach them by calling them, in fact I got a dial tone the three times I tried to call, and I attempted the instant messaging on their website 5 times over a week and never got a response, even after waiting for 30 minutes. If you know their products will help them I'm sure it is great, but I have been struggling with sleep for years and sleeping pills won't work, I went in and spoke to a worker who raved about the CBD oil with helping with insomnia. So I decided to try it, and I bet for many people it does work but for me it didn't, even after a week of trying it, and although it is not their fault it is a hard pill to swallow that I just wasted over 60 on something that doesn't work.

Great product. Fantastic product. Wonderful product. Why 2 stars then? I understand you got REAL busy when you started up; I'm sorry, but that is no excuse for terrible customer service response time and extremely slow order fulfillment. Its been months since this business 'boomed' and yet its not getting any faster. Maybe unclench a little and let a good service handle your logistics? Not enough people? There's plenty of good folk looking for work. I'm not sure what system you implement, but something you have or some service you are working with for order fulfillment isn't pulling it's weight and needs to be cut loose. I placed an order, they promptly took my money the next day. 7 days after the order I filled out the contact us form on their site asking the status of the order, no response yet. We're at day 11. I've called their order department, it sends you straight to a voice mail service. I tried calling their store. No answer. Come on now, you can't be THAT busy. I've seen government services respond faster than this. Not really beneficial for a wellness products retailer to leave such gaps in availability for products people rely on every day. All I'd like is for someone to tell me, "yes we have your order, yes it will go out soon. yes we're implementing a better process and hiring more shippers." Because I will continue to order these products since they're simply the best. But this review will remain at 2 star until online ordering and customer interaction improves. Local shoppers should just do themselves a favor and go to the store if they can.
