They offer lifetime warranty but KEEP your receipt! I have been using KC Tint works for several vehicles I’ve bought brand new. Bought my Civic in Dec of 2018 and immediately had tint installed. So less than 3 years later tint started to peel at the bottom. They are trying to make me pay to replace when they offer a life time warranty. Supposedly they got a new system and never even tried to see if I was in the system before telling me I had to pay. If I decide to use them again, which I just may go elsewhere in the future, I’ll definitely take a pic of the receipt. Who keeps a receipt for a lifetime? Very dissatisfied with their LIFETIME warranty!

Had and issue with the tint on my car that I had installed there on Tuesday, but took it back on Wednesday morning and they took care of the issue promptly. Thanks guys. Lovin the look. People asking where it was done and I gladly tell them KC Tint Works.

READ THIS !!!!! These guys are Great all the way around. Customer service, Quality of work and very professional. KEEP READING!!!! They installed a universal remote in my truck. ITS PERFECT !!!! NOT Everyone knows they do remotes and that's ashame because they know what they are doing. And they do it right !!! So if you ever need/want a remote lock, remote start, go to these great guys. Great people to work with.

We just opened a new restaurant and the morning sun was blinding in our entry. Called KC Tint on a Thursday, they came out for a quote Friday and installed Monday. Did an amazing job, beyond fast turnaround and WONDERFUL customer service. Definitely recommend and will use them for any work moving forward!
