*Since writing this review we received a call from the owner who was mortified by the way we were treated and the food we received. He was very apologetic, he offered us a free meal should we choose to order from them again in the future, and is going to be changing the packaging to something safer and more environmentally friendly. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3. We have ordered from here many times and it's always been alright, cheap but cheerful. Tonight one of our items was inedible, cold but the packaging melted into the food. This was annoying but these things happen and when dealt with professional can be rectified. The response we received over the phone was fowl to say the least, aggressive, rude and a complete refusale to replace the food, or give a refund. We loved this place, but after the way we were treat by the staff, we will never be ordering from here again.

Was told 45 minutes for our order to be delivered, took over 90 minutes! Item missing from our order when we eventually received, and was told it could not be refunded and would take 2 hours to arrive! They could only offer money off on our next order... as if I would ever order from them again! The food we actually received wasn’t bad, but definitely not worth the wait.... I personally feel robbed and would not recommend!
Three times I called for pizza every time I been assured it will be ready. When I reached to collect I been told oder cancel. When I argued he said ok wait for 20 minutes than I go pizza with out \sorry\ Very rude customer services
Never know what to expect when delivering from a new take away, but me and my partner ordered a pizza, onion rings and garlic bread from delivery. It arrived before the estimated time, and the food was exceptionally good. Would highly recommend Kebapizza, will definitely order from them again!
The worst kebab shop in Ipswich by far the kebab meat gave me and my boyfriend really upset tummy within 10 mins of eating it!!! asked for salad on my kebab and all I had was kebab meat mixed with loads of onions!!!! The pitta bread for the kebab wasn’t even heated up or cooked!! Never ever again
