Established In October 2002, PT. Muzatech Indolaser Succeeded in atracting an English giant. – Domino Coding, PLC – as the sole distributor for laser marking products in Indonesia. To broaden the product range, in 2005, another distributor agreement was sign with Open Date Equipment, Ltd, who appointed Muzatech to serve Indonesia and Singapore market for Thermal Transfer and Hot Foil. Having experienced in integrating both, laser and thermal printers into production lines, then in 2006, our customer start giving opportunities for PT. Muzatech Indolaser to setup such automated control system, mainly in the packaging and inspection line. The first significant achievement in building a control system was occurred when we developed a special electronic device to control two laser, printing at the diferent location. This web foil application required additional major modification of the stretch adjustment mechanism for the web. This was successfully performed by implementing PLC based control system.
