My company, Cheshire Canopies has used Kedel products such as the plastic wood and plastic gallows for over 2 years now. The material quality is very good and the customer service is excellent. Reasonably priced although delivery, I feel, is a little expensive. Best to buy in bulk. Overall great products, great customer service and competitive prices.

Poor Delivery and Service, chased the order placed over 4 weeks ago, told twice that the order would be shipepd and with me 'next week', poor communication, no updates whatsoever, then told today it had been shipped, despite being told last week it would be with me for delivery, advice is buy elsewhere as products are readily available
I ordered from Kedel & was not disappointed. The flat top black picket fence panels are well made & robust. Much better than timber. The panels are worth the extra cost &will last for years maintenance free. The only small constructive criticism : the estimated delivery. I was told on ordering two weeks, when in reality it was 3-4 weeks. Not a problem. However, it would have been nice to have been kept informed. But when I did call to chase the staff were very helpful & efficient. For this reason I give 4 stars not 5. Thank you. Would I order again? Absolutely yes!
Great product and good service. I was looking for something that I could use as skirting for our bathroom to replace the existing moisture resistant mdf which just wasn't up to the job and has started to disintegrate. Kedels 100 x 20mm lengths of recycled plastic lumber seemed ideal. Delivery was prompt, and the product itself is as described- easy to cut, chisel and sand (almost easier than actual wood), without any of the drawbacks. No painting required either, and looks great- happy days.
We purchased a garden bench from Kedel and absolutely love it. We travelled from the Midlands but it was truly worth it. The staff at the company were so friendly and obliging even inviting us into the factory to witness the production process. The delivery was quick and efficient. The bench itself needs no maintenance just a wash over with a mild detergent. I would highly recommend both the company and their products.
