Didn't even finished talking and the doctor just said bye after a 6 min call. Impatient and rude clinic. I did not feel respected.

Brand new clinic. Awesome service. Friendly staffs. They have setup the place so well. I love the big wall painting of Vancouver city. Staffs where extremely helpfull and mingle wisely with the visitors. Make use of the pre-booking. We hardly tool 2 mins.

I've been to this clinic a handful of times for a variety of reasons and the doctors are always exceedingly polite and helpful. My appointment schedules have always been honored and (before Covid hit) the walk-in wait times were always reasonable.

It's always a headache, They lost my urine samples twice, sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy several times, says she called me to have the consultation but there are no calls or missed calls in my phone, I always have to be on top of them and have missed taking my meds several times because they failed to send the prescription to the pharmacy again and again, and worst of all, the doctor keeps saying she will send 3 month prescriptions to my pharmacy and ALWAYS sends only one with no refill, so I have to call to try to get if fixed and they keep trying to make me have consultations with her every month! It is ridiculous!!! I am so fed up, have been having problems for the whole year that I have been having consultations there. I hate this place. NEGATIVE stars if I could!!!!!!!!!
