Finished my job a few weeks ago. Price tag 144k. Been trying to get Alex to send someone out to fix the loose fence posts. They are Literally coming out of the pavers. I get empty promises. My suggestion, hold final payment until you are certain the workmanship is 100%. Now I have to call someone else to come out and fix this mess. Thanks Alex and John.

Good work but they want to do it their way, not your way. The price was good and the quality was good. I was taken in by the friendliness and 'buddy' approach, and described what I wanted in as much detail as I could think of. The project involved a platform to lead into my unit which meant building against the fascia board and wall, and they said they would 'rubberize' it to protect it, which sounded good and better than others, but the execution was very poor until I complained and then John got involved to glue it (which he said they were going to do in the first place but only did it after I complained). And I kept an inset planting area that was only 2' wide; they didn't tell me they put a 5" concrete skirt around all edges, which would have reduced the planting area by half. But overall the work was good; just make sure you stay involved at every turn.

What an excellent experience with the Creative Brick paving crew from start to finish. John and Alex worked with us to create the design that fit perfectly with our home, and the work done by Pepe and Enrique was old world craftsmanship at its best. The Creative Team stand behind their work and I highly recommend them.
