I ordered ahead for pick up and when I got there, I asked about my order. I usually go to Starbucks on my way to work where they call out your name or at least acknowledge you. I wasn't sure how it worked here. The woman behind the counter said they were working on it. Not a big deal, so I waited. A few minutes passed and she put a drink and a bag down on the counter and walks away. Didn't even acknowledge that it was my order even though I told her my name. It would have a nice if she had the common courtesy to let me know that it was my order instead of making me figure it out on my own by picking up a bag that very well could have been someone else's food since there were several people in the store at the time.

It's a quiet Dunkin Donuts. No music, just some background noice of the TV. The Sesame Bagle was good and fresh the coffee Latte was not tasteful, in my opinion. I think I can get better coffee for 2.85.
Good coffee and breakfast is decent. They are very busy, so I order from the app and pickup.
Good local coffee....unfortunately short staffed as many restaurants and businesses are as people are getting paid to stay home and not work. The staff is overworked and frustrated but are nice and attentive and if you're a "regular" they know your order when you walk in!

Quick, friendly, greeted right when I walked in the door, great taste. Front of the store was messy/dirty floor for it being early in the am when I visited, looks like it was not cleaned the night before.
The girls in the driver thru and the customer service is great. So energetic and polite Great job.
I did a mobile order. I ordered 2 drinks, 1 was 3/4 full and the other had coffee ground bits in it. Plus when I pulled up to get my order they hand me my food and said have a nice day, I had to ask for my drinks very bad service
