If you have been looking for a personal training studio to help you reach your goals and get you performing at optimal level or you just want to feel better, look better, and move better you need to give this place a shot. I’ve been going to this place for over three years now and I love it. The trainers are highly educated and highly motivated to get you to where you need to be. Every exercise program is specifically tailored for each client and adjustments are made according to the clients abilities, injuries and exercise level. Whether you are a D1 athlete, just getting started in sports, or A person working a 9 to 5 you definitely got to give this place a shot. Call them up today what do you have to lose.

I cannot recommend Phyx Performance enough. Jon is an exceptional trainer, whom is knowledgeable, helpful, and great at what he does. He truly cares about his clients and works hard at ensuring they have the best, most effective workout. George is also a great trainer who makes his workouts fun and challenging. I love these guys! Their workouts helped me get wedding ready in a manner of a three months, thanks to their targeted and customized workout regime. I received endless compliments on my toned arms and back. I lost several inches around my hips and waist. I couldn't be happier with the results I received and I cannot wait to continue to train here when I am back from my honeymoon! Thank you!

Went to Phyx after having my 3rd c-section. Was a little skeptical because it is group training versus one on one like I was used to, but Jon definitely changed my mind set. The workouts are great and he is constantly making sure you’re positioned correctly. I got my strength back very quickly coming here and I have lost quite a few inches. I also love that he changes up the workouts and that he is not on his phone, like a lot of trainers do. Would recommend this place!
