Today we visited Skiers Peak in Keego Harbor. The experience reinforced my perspective that customer service is what makes or breaks a businesses success. We went in to just browse around and left with 2 pairs of ski boots and a jacket! Why? Because of price? Nope! Because the guy (Dean) helping us was an expert at his craft! He walked us through fitting, questions, experiences .. was so friendly and professional we literally felt like royalty... and family. It was honestly, impressive. Bravo to this place. The value in supporting local could and will not EVER compare to any online experience. ️️️️️
