There would be zero stars if possible. You will never hear from the guy after you drop car off. Does not answer phone. Does not return messages. Had to actually get glandale PD involved to get the car back after 2 months and nothing was done to the car. Guy is about as shady as they come.

Had Keene look into a fuel problem with my quad, constantly had to call to get updates on the machine. After approximately 5-6 weeks told them I was coming to pick the machine up to take it somewhere else. after waiting for someone to show up. they brought my quad out and said nothing to me what so ever. After taking it to another shop I found out that they had put the wrong Carburetor on. Never again would I use this place.

I had Keene Powersports do a diagnostic on my 2016 Polaris Sportsman. Unfortunately, he was very unresponsive from the beginning. We scheduled to drop it off around 7am when he opened. When I arrived, he was not there and did not respond in a timely manner. I left and had to drop off the ATV later that day. Once I dropped it off and not hearing from him, I called to check the status. He said it was my Stator and I told him I would replace it myself. After two days of calling and texting, and still no response from him, I had no choice but to call the police and file a report. After the police having to contact him, he did schedule a time for his son to meet me to pick up the quad. Despite the unprofessionalism and inconveniences, I paid him anyway. After I replaced the stator, the issue was not resolved and now I have to take it elsewhere for another diagnostic. I will never deal with them again nor refer them to anyone. I do not find them competent to fix my machine.

Took both of my go karts to keene I was always calling to get an update he would reply days later with il take a look at it in the morning so the whole time it felt like he wasn't really working on them I left them there for about 6 weeks and nothing got done if you know you can't do the job y waste time really upset that nothing got done.
