On automatic delivery, and we ran out. Called and was told they were trying to contact us to schedule a delivery yet the number they had on file was not accurate. Somehow that's my fault? Why would any homeowner give their propane company the WRONG number, and one that is not even close to accurate! Then they told us they would charge a trip fee of 125 or we could wait. And we can't call anyone else because they own the tank! Zero regard for their customers.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. For years I was on automatic delivery and 3 times I ran out of propane but I stuck with them anyway.... And then I ask for help with my oil boiler but they won't help because I only have a propane account. The Manager yelled and talked over me the entire conversation. Wouldn't even discuss options moving forward. Just wanted to hear the sound of his own voice. What a disgusting person! Another money hungry self serving company. Horrible nasty customer service in Keene. Taking ALL my business elsewhere.
I've been using Rymes Oil for several years now for my Kerosene deliveries in Pittsburg NH. This past Friday I had them install a new Kerosene 330 gal tank in my basement as a pro active measure against it developing any leaks; it was 21 years old. Their techs, Steve and Jeff did an awesome job. It took most of the day, but when they were finished, everything was neat and clean with no leaks !!! They were very friendly and knew what they were doing. Hardly even knew they were there. Not afraid to have them do any service work for me. I can count on them for timely and efficient service and deliveries.
I really want to recommend Rymes service! They go above and beyond for their customers! This is our Rymes story. Our furnace stopped working on Monday. On Wednesday Rymes was able to send Bruce L. out to help us. He started the job at 530 after he had already had a long working day. He looked at our furnace and realized not only did it need a good cleaning but that there were some repairs too. Bruce did the repairs and then decided to stay and clean it instead of coming back the next day. It was already after 9 pm. He made this choice for our family because we would have gone another night without heat if he didnt stay and clean the furnace. Finally at 11:30 pm he was finished. We were all very grateful! Thank you so much, Bruce!!!
Burner cleaning today by Frank Ullmer and was on time and this mechanic did a meticulous job of cleaning the tank filters and then the burner in good detail and craftsmanship. He vacuumed the inside chamber throughly and documented the machine vitals for the record. Big recommendation for this guy! Tom in Plymouth with a biasi burner and six zones
