I am a resident on Saxon Dene unfortunately. I purchased my property in June last year. The buying process was pretty good. Joanna in sales was helpful and although we were pushed to make an exchange date, I was happy overall. That is where the good customer service ends! The customer service once you purchase your property is non existent. We have been waiting months for faults to be dealt with. We have lots of faults. We have water pouring in through our living room ceiling, tiles falling off the walls in the bathrooms, Windows leaking and a kitchen with doors hanging off. Be aware that you are expected to just give up your time in order to have your numerous faults corrected and no apology is ever made for how you are inconvenienced. No one ever does what they say they are going to do. They never call you back and then meetings are arranged and cancelled at the last minute. This is having a detrimental effect on our life. The site staff openly tell you if you dare to complain you go to the bottom of the list. This is not an isolated incident on this site. As it stands at the moment my complaint has been escalated in the area manager and we still have buckets in our living room and rubble everywhere. Buying a home here is the worst decision i ever made. Just to add to this review. It's almost a year since I made an official complaint and we still have a leaking roof. It was supposed to be fixed and sorted in March but the first bad weather of the winter and it's leaking again. I have absolutely no faith whatsoever In the build quality or Barratts ability to fix anything.We rang we emailed we complained nothing. I honestly believe they don't care.

Great experience from start to Finish. Joanna was great, always contactable and if she was with somebody she rang us back straight away to help in any way possible. Couldn't have made the process any easier if she tried. We basically chose everything in our house and nothing was too much trouble for her - she had a lot of patience as we were picking out carpet and tile choices. 5* would definitely recommend this site to anybody!
