Took my car in November for a service, and they said it would need parts ordered. I decided to chase this in February today thinking I would give them benefit of the doubt over the holiday period being busy. Turns out they have no record of a jobs card, so the car needs rebooking! Extremely unprofessional service to just forget, very negligent service. In the future I may try Bradford Ford instead.

Bought our 1st Kia today and are already in love with her, even though this Covid-19 sucks the experience was just as satisfying as purchasing our previous car 2 years ago. Completely satisfied with our new family car and extremely happy with the service I received from David in sales. Start to finish communication was on point and everything I required was done. When things don’t go to plan is when an organisation can be properly judged. I’ve got to say that Keighley Ford / Kia / Mazda have been first class after purchasing a second hand car with a few issues. Adrian (Group Sales Director) was brilliant throughout the process, never hesitating to offer the best possible solution to resolve the problem. Also an added praise for David who sold us the car, friendly and down to earth, unlike majority of other car salespeople who seem to have been brainwashed with hard sell sales techniques. I can therefore highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase.
