Taxi driver was an absolute legend, when he came to pick me up he helped me with loading my shopping into the taxi and then when we got to my house he got out and helped me unload my shopping on my doorstep and to top it off the guys had pretty decent conversation and we had a laugh on the way home , top company with top class drivers

Booked a taxi and was waiting but it never arrived, then saw that it had been cancelled even though I didn’t cancel it, rang them up and the rude operator said no one could be bothered to come but he didn’t even bother telling me until I rang up. Not worth your time take your custom elsewhere
Been getting these taxi since February to be charged 5 pound from top of bracken to lidget oakworth (small journey ) passed 3 have charged me 6 pound .... I rang the office and was speaking with the manager who was very rude to me shouting at me that the price hadn't gone up .... well it had from 5 pound to six pound will never use these again rude manager needs people skills or a new job
