It seems a well run and caring rest home the staff and owner are all very nice and interested in the patient's. All the inmates seam very happy and contented they go out on trips like tea dances and some other things. This way they keep interested in life. All I've seen is very positive its a homely atmosphere and very clean. I would recommend it

I actually want to give it no stars! I recently enquired about accommodation for my elderly Mum who has dementia and is currently in the transition stages of respite to permanent care. I met with the manager who agreed to complete an assessment with Mum. I understand from the staff where Mum is currently staying that this was done, however, the manager has never fed back to me nor returned any of my calls! At such a difficult and emotional time for families this is completely unprofessional and poor management! Something that their very poor CQC report picked up on!
