Clean Energy has always provided excellent service for us. During the recent ice storm, their technician Ron went above and beyond, walking me through restarting my gas fireplace over the phone. Saved me a service call (he had plenty of higher priority to get to) and we had heat while we had no power. Definitely recommending them to anyone asking!

We replaced our 26 year old furnace and water heater which included an upgrade with A/C. The whole experience with CEC was outstanding to include the estimate with Zach who answered all of our questions and suggested the 18” slim A/C unit which fit perfectly between the RV cover and house. During the install four CEC employees showed up which included Devin, Damien, Josh and one other. It took them most of the day and we had nothing but great service by the crew, attitudes where positive and kept us informed throughout the day. Highly recommend CEC if you want a standup local company.
We are very pleased with he service provided. We're on CEC's gold maint plan. This was a 6-mo follow-up. The technician (Jason) spent a substantial amount of time reviewing and cleaning our equipment and answered all our questions satisfactorily. As part of the plan, we paid nothing for this follow-up visit.
I had a problem with the first technician not sticking to manufacture recommendations on wrapping and taping all exposed lines going to and from the unit. I expressed my concern and they basically installed twice at no extra cost to make sure a few extra inches of line were fully covered as not to need future maintenance. Overall she’s running like a champ and I will be needing another one soon. Thanks.
Josh from Clean Energy Comfort did an absolute amazing job on our home heating and air conditioner service. He was extremely thorough to ensure our equipment is in the proper working order! Also, more importantly, I belong to the Gold membership service plan, but did not see OR have any records that I paid for 2020. Veronica in the front office was VERY HONEST in telling me that I had indeed paid for 2020 back in December 2019. (They could have easily charged me again for this year and I wouldn't have known any better.) This one action really gives me a glimpse of how honest everybody is at Clean Energy Comfort! I can't emphasize how important it is to have companies with integrity and honesty as one of their primary concerns. Anyway, thanks again for your wonderful service and giving us such a comfortable home!
