Rachel (I think I’m spelling it wrong) but she was adorable and so great to work with both times I was in there! The other staff the first time I was there could definitely have treated her and myself better for sure. They were short and rude to her and to me while trying to check out. Honestly they could’ve cared less that I just purchased a dress at their location. Rachel did a wonderful job and stayed very professional during the situation and I commend her for that as I was losing my patience. Today however was a whole different vibe all together! The staff was amazing all around and Rachel, as before was a saint to work with during my time there! Working through my questions, concerns and tears of joy finding my dream dress! I have plenty of time before my wedding in 2022 and can’t wait to go back for my alternations! I met the gal that does them and she was super helpful to answer my questions so I could understand the short version of what she could work her magic on! Thank you Rachel for being amazing!

Great and friendly staff, especially during the Smoke & Fire scare and chaos going on right now. Being open and avaialble was perfect. No huge complaint, just wish they could have provided the "gray" dress holder that was suppose to be with it. Was given a white one, but reason was, they let other people exchange their white for a gray one instead. Doesn't seem fair if she pre paid for the specific gray when she ordered and paid for her dress. 2020 has sure been a "Stand Out" year.

I had a very horrible experiences at this location for almost a year. Different people have been there and they never greet you or smile when you come in, at least not to me. They sold me a dress, I had to return it and they gave me gift cards and then I couldn't use the gift card online?????!! It was absolutely a mess and waited more than 4 months for me to be able to get my dress from online after I was on the phone with many supervisors explaining the situation. When the dress arrived I went in to get it altered which was a great experience the first time with EVE I believe. She was so kind and gentle, and patient, (she is an older lady, I believe her name is EVE) Then I came back and wanted to fix up a few things from the altered dress items and another lady was attending to me and seemed absolutely bored, annoyed and unprofessional. I asked if some things can be aligned straight on my sleeves and her response was like " really?!" and then my dress was ruined because after I left my dress with her to fix up the back, she did it and she told me it took her just an hour and left it horrible and crooked. I left and did not want to spend time with her and have her be trusted w my wedding dress. I hurried to Eugene and see if they can fix it and they did. And they were kind and did care for it to be good. The lady even said that the alteration part was absolutely messy and not clear. I WON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS LOCATION.

My assistant was Hailey Y and she was so helpful in every way. She helped me find my dress on only the 2nd one I tried on! She also helped me understand layaway and payment options and made the experience so smooth. I got to ring the bell and it felt wonderful. The whole staff was very attentive and kind. Thank you all so much!

Man we had such a good experience here thanks to Hailey! We came all the way to Portland from Seattle as a group of 6 braidsmaids who all didn’t know our shape, favorite styles, or any of our sizes. Luckily Hailey was there to help all of us! She did an amazing job running around and getting us things that would compliment our body, zipped and unzipped all of us up, measured us, answered all our questions and needs, and really went out of her way to make sure we were all satisfied with our picks! SUCH A FUN AND AMAZING EXPERIENCE for all of us.

What an awful experience. I was very excited to go look for a wedding dress and it couldn’t have been more awful. The consultant, if you want to call her that, was not engaged in really helping. She wasn’t really listening to what I was looking for and told me I wasn’t allowed to even walk to floor to look at dresses with her. After being somewhat persistent, she finally let me go with her. I showed her some screenshots of dresses I found on their website and she just kept saying, “I don’t think we have that one.” She took the dresses I did pick in the store and just hung them up and told me to try them on. I had to ask for a corset bra and then my sister had to help with everything else. Once I found a dress that I thought was the one, I had alternations come in and pin it up. After I took it off, I noticed that the bottom of the dress was dirty. Since my wedding is close and I need a dress, we asked about them cleaning it because it was dirty. We were told they couldn’t do that and maybe they could do spit cleaning. This changed my mind and we decided against purchasing the dress. I would not recommend this location or my consultant to any bride.

Update- I tried giving them another chance, went in to order an outfit and they had the wrong outfit in my file and said the one i wanted wasnt available anymore. So we left, I checked online and saw i could order there. When I received my order, it was the wrong item (a prom dress 2 sizes too big) but the outfit I ordered was on the packing list. I will not go back. Changing to 1 star. When wedding dress shopping, David’s Bridal does not make it feel special for the bride. It’s just like prom dress shopping or any other occasion. It should be more special. And for mother of the bride outfit shopping, we were not given options on many outfits and the stylist seemed like she was new. She was nice, but not very helpful and just looking took up almost al the time.
