I took my 8 year old daughter in for a trim. She has anxiety when it comes to getting her hair cut. (She likes it long) Cassie at the Great Clips in Keizer Oregon was so patient and kind. She took the time to explain the process and showed her the length she would be taking off to clean up the dead ends. My daughter was able to relax and open up to Cassie. Very good experience all the way around.

Review 1- Best place for the Haircut. I got my haircut from the Meaghan. She cuts the exactly the way you wanted. She understands your need very quickly and gives you exactly what do you want. Sent my kid in for hair cut came out so bad i called back they go her in with a different person and fixed it. The time she was in there the first lady kept looking at my kid odd and made comments like it is not that bad. My kid went in for a trim and came out 6 to 7 inches shorter. She was never offered her money back or a coupon or anything just fixed it an made it so much shorter then she was okay with.

Always a great experience. My hair cut is very simple, done in 10 minutes or less...my husnand's is a little more involved, but they always take the time to listen to him and give him exactly what he wants. I also appreciate the lack of conversation. I'm not rude, just not big on small talk and all the ladies pick up on that. I hear them talk to other customers who are looking for interaction so it shows they pay attention to the individual, and that is rare these days. We had to use another salon during the start of Covid, and not at all happy with the cuts we received. So glad Great Clips in Keizer Station was able to 're open !!!

Checked in online just before 5, app said 70 min. Checked a half hour later, then said 93 minutes. Drove there/ Showed up 15 min before my time, just to be told they were closing, and wouldn't cut my hair. Don't know why I even bothered, they already screwed up on my last hair cut. Never using great clips again
